Today was an interesting day. Jim filled me in on what happened yesterday at depositions while we went to the department of safety building. We were scheduled for a hearing involving a DWI specifically regarding the possible instillation of a breathalyzer device in this person’s car. The woman was young, 26, working two jobs whilst simultaneously going to college with plans to move to Texas and continue going to school. The state worker responsible for the hearing ruled it wouldn’t be necessary to install the breathalyzer after her and Jim pleaded. After that we were in the office for a while and then we went to lunch. Tomorrow shouldn’t be too interesting, but on Friday I’m going to Boston for more depositions in preparation for trial.
