Jim spent the entire weekend in preparation for depositions in Tuesday in DC. As I walked into the office today, he looked tired still awaiting the probate judge decision on the motion requested last Monday. The morning was spent finishing up the analysis Jim created over the weekend and attempting to catch up with clients he’s been forced to not take in anticipation of the possibility of trial. We walked down the street to the cafe and I grabbed a chicken caesar wrap and we ate in the lunchroom chatting with other employees of the firm. The afternoon was spent finalizing details for the deposition tomorrow. I won’t be accompanying Jim to DC, but I will be spending the day going to court with other lawyers from the firm.
