Hours - 7:00 AM- 4:00 PM
Today was one of the most exciting days I’ve had this internship. The day began with court at Concord District Court with a ticket fine for speeding. This was followed by a coffee and bagel from Bagel Works. Next we went to Merrimack County Superior Court to hold a hearing for a man requesting to be taken off the sex offender registry. We defended him and won. After our second appearance at court, we travelled to Strafford County Corrections to meet with a federal inmate awaiting possible trial. We had a client meeting later in the day, after lunch. Tomorrow will be a shorter day because I’m not allowed to attend a meeting Jim is going to.
